Are you any good with server administration? If so you can launch a digital ocean droplet for as little as $5 p/m (I think you’ll need the $10 one for Ghost with 2GB ram) and you just select the Ghost package from marketplace when spinning up your droplet. You get $100 free credit when you sign up I think, so you can mess about with it.
