I bought a new MacBook Pro 13 at the end of 2020 (right before they released M1 🫠🫠🫠 which was faster AND cheaper than Intel one I bought) so I have the touchbar already. It’s useful, but looking at the new design in the M2 Air, I am conflicted about whether I want to get the 13” Pro M2 with 24GB and feel like I’ve still got the same computer only “a bit faster”, or get the M2 air with the new design features. As a serious pro user, graphics design, photo editor, web designer, etc. what do you think is the better option? The fan regularly kicks in on my current MBP, I’m wondering if I buy the air, with no fan, it would impede my performance?
