Yes, ok. But they had already established a heavy, consistent and well known brand prior to this. If they hadn’t of done that, they wouldn’t have been able to quit social media. So it’s not entirely reasonable to ask brands to do this. Because if we did, it would only be the big, well established brands that would win. And, as it usually is, the smaller brands would suffer.
